Sipho arrives, opens the driver app, clocks in at the yard and runs the daily check — tyres, brakes, lights, license disc. One truck shows a cracked mirror; it's logged as a minor fault and the day carries on. Had it been brakes, RoutePlan would have opened a repair job on its own and flagged the planner — before the truck left the yard.
Forty-one orders came in from the ERP overnight; two walk-in orders get typed in with them.
